1. How to proceed to make a reservation?
Send us a reservation request indicating name, address, phone number, rental property reference and dates.
We will send you the contract and you must make the payment of 25% in a maximum of 3 days for the reservation to be effective.
2. What is the total rental price?
The rental price includes the stay and the sheets.
If the property has air conditioning, heating or Wi-Fi connection it is also included in the total price.
On the day of your arrival, we will block a refundable deposit of € 300 with a card and we will charge you for optional services, if you have requested it, and the tourist tax which is € 0.99 per person and night, over 16 years.
3. In what periods can we rent?
It generally oscillates between the month of April and the month of September.
Typically, the rental of a home begins at 4 p.m. and ends on the day of departure at 10 a.m.
There is the possibility of extending this stay and leaving later in the afternoon, for an additional cost of € 50.
4. Is cleaning included in the price?
Cleaning is not included in the price.
Guests must leave the rented property in the same state of cleanliness in which they were found. There is the option of contracting, with prior reservation, the final cleaning of the apartments € 30 (1 room) € 50 (2 rooms) houses € 70 (2 rooms) € 90 (3 rooms) and € 110 (4 rooms)
5. Do you offer the possibility of renting towels?
The guest has the possibility to bring their own towels or rent them.
The price is € 6 per person and includes large and medium towel / hands.
6. How can we pay our rent?
From the reception of your rental contract, a bank transfer or credit card of 25% of the total rental amount must be made, as indicated in the contract.
You must send proof of payment within the next 3 days by mail.
The next 25% is paid 1 month before arrival and the balance of 50% 7 days before arrival.
All payments are made by bank transfer or credit card.
Please note that for international transfers, all bank charges, both from the sending and receiving banks, will be borne by the tenant.
We do not accept checks.
If you prefer, you can pay the full amount of the rent at once.
7. Is it necessary to pay a deposit?
A deposit of € 300 must be paid by credit card on the day of arrival.
The deposit is refundable, which means it is returned in full, provided the rental property is in the same condition it was delivered.
8. What rules must be respected?
A refundable deposit with a € 300 card must be paid on arrival.
The tourist tax is € 0.99 per night and person over 16 years old.
The entry and collection of keys is at a collection point with a numerical box system located in Carrer dels Saladors, 4 de l'Escala, starting at 4:00 p.m.
Departures are at 10:00 a.m. maximum at the same key collection point.
Clients who wish to leave the schedule can do so, if possible and with an advance reservation, at an additional cost of € 50.
Guests must leave the rental property in the same state of cleanliness in which they found it, otherwise, the cleaning amount of the deposit will be charged.
Guests must leave kitchen utensils and dishes in an impeccable state of cleanliness and order upon departure, otherwise € 50 will be deducted from the deposit.
Trash must be thrown away before departure, otherwise € 50 will be deducted from the deposit.
Clients who do not comply with the no smoking rule in the rental property will be charged € 50 of the deposit.
Clients who do not comply with the rule of not taking animals in the rental property will be charged € 50 of the deposit.
Clients who do not comply with the rule of not holding events or parties in the rental property must pay € 50 of the deposit.
Be respectful of your neighbors.
Respect the hours of silence.
9. What do we do in case of cancellation?
It will only be considered to return 95% of the money paid with a minimum of € 50 if the property can be rented again on the same dates or for a major cause.
The cancellation policy is as follows:
.- Up to 30 days before arrival, the cancellation charge is 5% of the reservation amount with a minimum of € 50
.- Between 30 and 15 days before arrival, the cancellation charge is 25% of the amount of the reservation.
.- Between 14 and 7 days before arrival, the cancellation charge is 50% of the reservation amount.
.- From 7 days before arrival, the cancellation charge is 100% of the reservation amount.
Payments are made as follows:
.- 25% at the time of booking
.- 25% 30 days before arrival
.- 50% 7 days before arrival
10. What kind of beds are there to rent goods?
Most Spanish beds are 90 cm wide, in the case of a single bed, and 135 cm, 150 cm or 160 cm wide, in the case of a double bed.
11. When can we enter / leave the rental property?
Keys can be collected from 4:00 p.m.
Departure must be at 10:00 a.m. at most.
Sometimes there is the possibility of extending this outing in the afternoon for an additional cost of € 50.
12. How to get the keys?
The entry and collection of keys is at a collection point with a numerical box system located in Carrer dels Saladors, 4 de l'Escala, starting at 4:00 p.m.
After verifying that all payments are in order, the keys will be delivered.
13. What can we find in the rental property?
Each house or apartment has a kitchen equipped with a microwave and coffee maker.
There is at least one table and as many chairs as the maximum capacity of people that the property can receive, both in the dining room and on the terrace.
This is valid for everything (eg dishes, ...).
Each bedroom has a mattress, pillows and blankets for each bed.
They also have a washing machine, iron with table and cleaning utensils.
We cannot guarantee the availability of a dishwasher, television or radio.
If any of the objects named here is missing or defective, beyond its responsibility, the agency will be responsible for the repair or replacement as soon as possible.
14. Are there optional services?
The agency offers you a series of additional services that can be requested before your arrival with prior reservation. The price of these is not included in the rental price.
.- Departure out of schedule: € 50.
.- Extra bed: € 25 per stay.
.- Additional people: € 15 per day.
.- Animals: € 25 per stay
.- Cot: € 15 per stay.
.- Baby chair: € 15 per stay.
.- Towels: € 6.
.- Pool towel: € 8.
.- Optional final cleaning: € 30 / € 50 / € 70 / € 90 / € 110.
15. Are pets allowed?
Animals are not accepted unless the owner authorizes us in advance.
16. What happens if the agency cannot deliver the reserved accommodation?
If in a case of force majeure, FAxion immo could not deliver the accommodation that was booked, they would be offered the opportunity to choose (depending on availability) another accommodation of the same category. Otherwise, the contract would be canceled and the payments made to date by the tenant would be fully refunded.
17.- What happens if I cancel the reservation?
.- If you cancel due to a major cause or we can re-rent the property on the same dates, you must pay 5% or a minimum of € 50 for management and bank charges.
.- If you cancel 30 days before arrival you must pay 25% of the total amount.
.- If you cancel between 30 and 15 days before arrival you must pay 50% of the total amount.
.- If you cancel 7 days before the reservation you must pay 100% of the total amount.
18.- The tenant may not carry out annoying, unhealthy, harmful, dangerous or illegal activities in the accommodation. He will not be able to store flammable, explosive or corrosive materials in the home and / or carry out commercial or industrial activities in the same, but the agency will be able to evict them immediately.
19.- The occupancy of the accommodation will be limited to the number of people indicated in the contract, also counting children (who go without their own bed and are over 18 months old) as persons for the purposes of occupation. FAxion Immo will be able to prevent the entrance to it in case of exceeding the allowed number or if the whole group is under 25 years old. If it is detected that during the stay there is a greater number of people than authorized, the contract will be automatically canceled, and the property can be immediately evicted.
